    Pros

The people at Tyco are great and there is a collaborative work culture. I really enjoyed my work experience at Tyco in the two years that I worked with them.

    Cons

There is no strategic direction that the company is taking. It is very hard for the company to compete with other established market players like siemens and Honeywell.
