    Pros

Great products, many employees, especially those on the front line really care to deliver value to their customers.

    Cons

Promotions often without any raise, just more work.
Too many divisions to get things done efficiently.
Always rolling out new HR "programs" which defer implementation of key maters.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you value employees and promote to get more out of them, then adjust pay accordingly. Many people on the verge of leaving. With recent deferral of pay/raise announcment, this will drive more to move now.
