Chaotic and dysfunctional

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Boca Raton, FL

ProsIf you are in management the bonus opportunity. Depending on your location, you will find the employees you work with are great and helpful.

ConsLack of opportunities unless you are in the circle. Movement based on relationships not skill. Senior Mangers that lack integrity and ethics. The field employees are often left out of the communication cascade.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your employees. Open the lines of communication and be receptive to feedback. Don't be afraid to hire someone who knows more than you their performance can make you look good. It doesn't always mean you are going to be replaced by that person.
