Pros – creative environment, good compensation, easy going senior management, flexible working styles, you can have a high visibility if you did excellent job

Cons – The management team need to share more with the employee about the undergoing projects and progress. The medical insurance plan is not as good as other big corps.

Advice to Senior Management – the management team need to share more with the employee about the undergoing projects and progress. Brain storm might be a good idea for leaders to hear other ideas from employees
