If you like "restructures", you will love this place!

ProsDepending on your supervisor...you may have a flexible schedule. Decent pay/benefits. Most people have their own office.

ConsGood ol' boys club = Understatement. Staff changes constantly, mostly by downsizing...only months later management decides to "create" a new job again... coincidentally it is the same job (usually with a different title) that was previously "un-needed." Senior Management is untrustworthy and non-communicative. Company does not hire from within.

Advice to Senior ManagementAcknowledge the good staff you have before you loose them all. Treat people with respect and tell the truth.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
