Tyson pays well and has a good benefit package. Tyson has a diverse workforce and is an equal opportunity employer.

Cons

Some jobs require far too much overtime and Tyson could actually hire more people to give some employees some time off.

    Decent pay if your prim and proper

    Cons

    More politics than anything. You can't speak your mind, be careful what you say. You can be written up for the smallest things if they want you gone.
