I have been working at Tyson Foods as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Everyone is really friendly and the work environment allows you to ask anyone for help if need be.
Executives are accessible to employees, and they can often be seen in the cafeteria or in the hallways. They are really down to earth and would listen to any employee concerns.

Cons

The city is not the best for young adults. Lack of nightlife, if you're into that.

I worked at Tyson Foods full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There was not any pros to this job.

    Cons

Standing on your feet all day sorting chicken parts. You wear a thin plastic apron, but water and juice still gets all over you. You also had to wear a white cap to cover your hair. You had very short breaks, it was two 15 minutes breaks in a full shift.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow employees longer breaks, change up the workers jobs, so they are not bored with the same work over and over. Pay the employees more.
