Above average salary, decent work-life balance, brand recognition is among the best in the food industry, small company at heart

Cons

Many, many layers and constant reorganizations. Low margin business and constant pressure to cut spending. A few layoffs since 2007.

    Pros

Work / life balance is good.

    Cons

The company is very traditional, reinforcing the status quo and excluding "outsiders" or diverse thinking among the executive rank, which might hinder Tyson's growth in the long run.

    Pros

I think the best one is the relax environment of the whole company and people will to help you success here.

    Cons

Not competitive enough for your career. You might end up only stay at company for a long long time and not get enough chance to explore your ability.

    Advice to Management

I think the best way to manage people is let them work cohesion and give enough trust to the employees
