Stressful, but potential to move up.

Pros- Plenty of training opportunities
- Ability to transfer
- Ability to move up over time

Cons- High-stress environment
- Some quotas
- Logistics are not the bext
- High turnover

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove the quality control for all rental trucks. Simply checking fluids will not do in all cases.
