Pros

I had a great experience because I had a great general manager. He understood that we did our job when we needed to, so when it got slow, he let us do our own thing. I would have HATED this job if he had not been as great as he was

Cons

HOTTTT! Working outside/inside in the summer in FL is never fun! The pay isn't the greatest, but its money so can't complain.
