Pros

The vacation benefit is above average, 3 weeks after 5 years and you can buy an extra week. There is a very supportive atmosphere at work. People care about the quality of your work as well as your happiness at work and personally.

Cons

The bank has been slow in joining the 21st century. We got new equipment this year, but our buildings are 50 years out of date.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember your employees are all adults. Locally they have the habit of addressing us like we were five years old.

    The bank hours are nice, and the benifits are't to bad.

    The low pay is a drag.

    I worked at U.S. Bank

    Pros

    Very conservative bank. Can be good or bad. But conservative nature resulted in one of the strongest regional banks. Stable career if you decided to stick it out for long term.

    Cons

    Slow to upgrade technology and each business group is located in various locations through out the country which can be a challenge to collaborate with colleagues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to provide better technology support so workers can perform their jobs effectively. Also, they seems to be limited opportunities to move around.
