I worked at U.S. Bank full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Generally friendly atmosphere
decent pay
The ability to get bonuses depending on how many checking accounts you open, credit cards you book and loans you book.

Cons

Some of the goals to reach a bonus for selling credit cards and getting loans are just too high in some markets.
This company tends to be GREEDY when it comes to giving employee bonuses.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop worrying about little things and start figuring out ways to help people reach their quota for bonuses.

I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

they don't do layoffs thanks to their new ceo

    Cons

they falsify their intentions as far as putting you on a permanent basis when they know they have no intentions of doing so..also fire employees in the 60+ age bracket to make room for 18 yr olds who just graduated from high school and have no job experience to save money..they make you go through temp agencies unless you "know someone" who can get you hired on immediately

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

get rid of some of your managers in these departments to avoid legal action

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
