The mortgage division of this bank is a CYA-first,-close-loans-maybe kind of employer.

Processing Supervisor (Former Employee) Cincinnati, OH

ProsBig name, big expectations, they say the right things to get you in the door.

ConsNothing is as promised. Salary is low, conditions are sub-par, managers prefer to CYA rather than take care of the customer.

Advice to Senior ManagementTake more care in the people selected for middle management (ROMs), this could help prevent the loss of entire Operations Centers, as you've seen 3 times in the last 6 months. Pay your Processors fairly.
