Excellent Bank to work at.

Teller II (Current Employee) Portland, OR

ProsProfitable company that uses foundational banking practices to achieve positive results.
Great HR department that really functions well to give employees a say in the company. Incentives pay well.

ConsSlow growth opportunities than compared to other industries. Strong push to meet quarterly incentives and or sales goals. Can be stressful at times. Based on consumer volatility for lending and credit card sales.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
