There is a lot of opporunity to move around. If you are meeting your goals and developing your team, you will be recognized.

Cons

sometimes makiing your Quaterly bonus can be a challenge but obtainable.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont cap the manager bonus.

    I have been working at U.S. Bank part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Profitable company that uses foundational banking practices to achieve positive results.
    Great HR department that really functions well to give employees a say in the company. Incentives pay well.

    Cons

    Slow growth opportunities than compared to other industries. Strong push to meet quarterly incentives and or sales goals. Can be stressful at times. Based on consumer volatility for lending and credit card sales.
