The best thing about working for US Bank is the employees

Cons

The customer service side, pressure on sales, the venting of customers, and basically you have to be a robot or a little brain washed to enjoy working for them. I must be in the wrong career

Advice to Senior Management

Don't be driven by greed and growth. I think you should follow Downey Saving's example and simplize banking. Downey was a great ass bank!!!!
