“uper managment is the downfall”
I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great benifits, culture and a growing company that leaves room to advance.
Cons – In some departments managment does not do what they say they will do. Dishonesty does not go far in a growing company.
Advice to Senior Management – Leave the politics out and do what you say you are going to do. Focus on improvments and helping all employees achieve their potential.
