U.S. Bank Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at U.S. Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros – "If you are a great manipulator and very good at office politics you can go very far."
In the retail bank you don't have much pressure for sales whatsoever. On the small business side of the bank you have unrealistic sales objectives and goals.

Cons – Wages = Low
Incentives = Almost non-existent and insulting to any seasoned professional
Management = Status-Quo lacking in even the most basic business management ideas
Un-Educated work force.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire unskilled hard working people that lack experience and US Bank has a better chance at retaining people that are willing to work for low wages and little opportunity for advancement.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
