Bankers hours, private desk and office, friendly staff and customers, benefits are pretty good, time off is generous, ample training is provided
Cons
inflated management expectations - management expects you to make sales calls to customers and convince people to apply for loans. Banker is not a salesman.
Advice to Senior Management
The cold calling has to stop! The online computer program that provides names for these calls does not allow for enough employee feedback.
