“Great place for a job, not so much for a career”
Current Employee – been working at U.S. Bank full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Because it's such a large company , you get tons of experience
Pay can be adequate
Cons – Career pathing is weak - most people have to leave to advance
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
