Pros

U.S. Bank is a stable employer who invests in their employees with training and resource improvements.

Cons

Although the bank invests in its employees, at times, they cautiously do so at pace that limits persona and business line growth.

Advice to Management

Set up a management group that would act as angel investors to fund initiatives within the bank that may be overlooked by the standard budget process.
