I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Easy pace, high-quality customers, full internet access, lots of contests with truly terrific prizes, systems are being upgraded all the time to make processes more streamlined.

    Cons

Central District in Kansas City is circling the drain - poor management, high turnover, terrible hiring decisions - a change of district management should rectify most of these issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Regional and District Management are managing a bank that exists only in their own imagination. When the only tool in your box is a hammer - everything gets treated like a nail.
