Pros

- Great work/life balance
- Management is very flexible in terms of scheduling/work hours
- Good people to work with, felt as part of a team
- Many opportunities for growth and advancement if interested
- Seem to genuinely care for employee satisfaction
- Great customer focus

Cons

- Lack of communication from upper management at times detailing some key issues and changes
- Office facility and equipment was older, but steps were being taken to update

    I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    It's a large conservative bank with a great culture. Great place to work and a lot of oppopportunity for growth without the cut-throat environment at other firms.

    Cons

    Technology is a little behind but it gets the job done. Need to spend some money to improve branches.
