I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great Work/Life balance.
    CEO Richard Davis
    Great co-workers
    Stable big bank

    Cons

    Health Insurance
Not a lot of upward opportunity within given career field

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Extend positions across the footprint rather than limiting some product lines/business lines to certain cities. SO many people work remotely as is, would be great if opportunities are extended beyond midwest headquarters. Continue with the great work/life balance attitude.
