Pros

U.S. Bank provided a very friendly and comfortable environment for everyone. Employees and consultants were included in most activities and were treated well. Information was shared openly and it was no big deal for anyone to ask someone from another IT department for assistance or advice. The concept was that everyone was part of one large team tasked with accomplishing the company's goals.

Cons

Although the commute could be challenging and somewhat longer than usual in bad weather, it still wasn't as much a challenge as commuting to some of Chicago's western and northwestern suburbs.

Advice to Management

Concentrate less on appearances and more on the accomplishments of the people working to accomplish your goals.

    Pros

If you are looking for a company that promotes career growth and advancement opportunities, look no further. The positive financial health is a direct result of the solid leadership in place. The culture is comprised with employees that are proud of what they do everyday and also of the company that gives back to the community!

    Cons

Reading the previous comments makes me sad. Honestly: do your job, strive to be the best employee you can be, create the work life balance you need, constantly challenge yourself. I am sorry that other viewers need to see the terrible comments of disgruntled employees.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

Data Entry for 8 hours w/breaks. Working hours 8am - 430Pm. Occasional overtime. Government holidays off. Benefits available.

    Cons

This was not a bank. It was a Data Entry office. US Bank was in a contract with Home Security. That is why we handled immigration paperwor. When the contract was not renewed the office was shutdown. Everyone was laid-off.
