U.S. Bank – “A Good Start.”

Pros

U.S. Bank is a fine place to work the people are usually good. They will work with your scedual. Vacation time is decent. They have an easily accessed 401k system. They also have a decent employee benefit package.

Cons

Low starting pay, less than 1% annual raises, lack of advancement opportunities. Bonus compensation is "unlimited" for bankers however after killing it for over a year I rarely saw a quarterly bonus over $500

Advice to Senior Management

Pay close attention to your branch level employees, after being under paid for years you will see your best employeesstart to hop-ship.
