Had a great Manager but they were laid off.

Distrust amoung staff
Difficult time to be working for a bank

    Flexibility and money was very good.

    Management was a joke and sales/operations was like oil and water.

    Pros

    Very stable and driven work place, promotes team effort and looking out for the best interest of customers

    Cons

    Outdated system for transactions as well as service recognition. Company slow to talk about raises, per usual.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take the time to sit down with workers for discussions on needs for the job, aside from pay, in order to do a job better it needs to be made clear the worker has intentions for improvement and drive to make it happen, give the workers their chance to say what they need and how they plan on making it happen.
