Current Employee - Relationship Manager  in  Saint Louis, MO
Current Employee - Relationship Manager in Saint Louis, MO

Pros

People you work with are friendly.

Cons

Daily parking fees. The 5% increase in pay they offer for parking does not cover the cost or even come close to doing so. They pay half as much annualy as competing banks. They do offer an annual bonus that they find a way to give to no one. Work your butt off all year long for maybe a 1% raise. This is a dead end job.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

US Bank has very strong upper management as well as opportunities to move up if you show your immediate managers and you have skills to offer.

    Cons

Salaries are comparable to other companies in the financial industry, however they are in no means above the average. Bonuses take the place of higher salaries, but it has to be a good year.
