    Pros

    A lot of talented people to work with and learn from. Exposure to a wide variety of subjects.

    Cons

    Pace is extraordinarily fast. More often than not deadlines are artificially established and unnecessary. Difficult to stay involved to see projects to closure.

    Establish reasonable expectations, share vision and hold all stakeholders accountable.

    Greedy management so the pay is less than at comparable companies and there is little chance of advancement
