I worked at U.S. Bank full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pays well, room for growth if you work hard

Cons

Have to fight for raises and bonuses, but if you do, they will provide. Can't get help internally very easily, everything is corporate 800 numbers even for employees.

I have been working at U.S. Bank full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

A lot of talented people to work with and learn from. Exposure to a wide variety of subjects.

Pace is extraordinarily fast. More often than not deadlines are artificially established and unnecessary. Difficult to stay involved to see projects to closure.
