I worked at U.S. Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great environment, great career development. Chief Audit Executive is A+. Overall satisfaction depends on the group you're in. Some are A+, most are good, 1-2 are bad.

    Cons

I hate to sound like a kool-aid drinker, but I'm in a great group and I have no complaints.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be afraid to hire inexperienced auditors. It is your managers and APMs job to develop people. APMs shouldn't still be doing work papers.
