I have been working at U.S. Bank

Pros – Advancement potential and salary ranges exceed expectations. My position was treated well by Executive Management. Felt like I was "seen and heard".

Cons – Credit culture was weighted toward internal political climate rather then Loan Policy; Executive Management's attitude toward non-officer positions was largely condensending.

Advice to Senior Management – Give the appearance of valuing input from employees. More specifically, those employees who interface directly with clients. Spread the wealth to around.
