There is a always a fear of being fired.
    Very Stressful
U.S Cellular brags that they are always hiring...that's because they are always firing. If you work in any of their call centers you will notice people disappear very fast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You claim on being an ethical company. It would help if you started acting like one. Start with your coaches and work your way up.

I have been working at U.S. Cellular

    Pros

Very diverse and organized company. We are extremely customer focused. Everyone is treated with respect. Very good ethics within the company.

    Cons

Frontline associates don't earn that much commision because of the structured plan rates. You are paid of new customers and not existing ones.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to pay the front line associates more money since they are delivering the messages to the customers.
