Advice to Senior ManagementPlease listen to your front-line associates and their leaders. If there are challenges in the market, it is often NOT just a reflection of them. Market Leaders need to be evaluated with the same vigor as the customer facing leaders and associates. Turnover rate getting out of control? Look REAL deep into the cause......
