    Pros

Good intent in their approach and there are changes being made to create a more focused and results driven environment.

    Cons

Focus a lot on culture in a unique manner. Some departments talk a lot about their feelings while other don't provide any development related to the culture.

    Advice to Management

All departments should promote based on skill and experience - there are some decisions that have been biased based on alliances and friendships.

  2. A busy learning environment.

    Pros

Benefits are great, Salary is good, and People are friendly. It is fast paced environment that keeps you on your toes. Strong customer focus.

    Cons

The cons are, management spreads departments thin. The try to have the smallest amount of people to do fulfill a role that should be made for a large team.

    Advice to Management

Hire a bunch of people to better support the organization. This will help ensure customers are well taken care of.
