Pros

Great corporate culture and work-life balance. Awesome benefits! Good team of people to work with and a good company to work for. Good phone discounts for employees. Employer willing to work with folks who have a difficult health situation.

Cons

Too many calls and not enough people taking calls in the call center, but that's a subjective thing and just the way things work in an inbound call center atmosphere.

Advice to Management

Don't make the price plans and features so expensive. I realize this is tough to do, but there must be a way to scale it back some, as you have a lot of rural customers who have a hard time making ends meet each month who consider having cellular service more of a necessity than a luxury.

    small market share in the st.louis area so less opportunity to earn commission

    Pros

    Great place to work, quotas are very manageable, great place to learn if you have the right sales manager and store manager.

    Cons

    network quality is good, belief plans a great idea but allow customers to leave without penalty. Losing a lot of customers because of inability to get the Iphone. New LTE networks is taking a long time to roll out and staying competitive in the Chicago market. Prices of plans and phones are the same as Verizon but without the latest phones or the LTE.

    Advice to Management

    Moving up depends on whether your manager will work for you to move up. If you have you a manager that will work to get you recognized you can move up quickly otherwise be prepared to connect with the area managers to get your name to them.
