I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – All of the people that work at US Cellular are phenomenal. The benefits are great (Health, dental, vision, 401k, stock options) and the compensation plan is wonderful. Most commission based jobs do not come with decent hourly wages as well, but US Cellular is very competitive in their compensation plans for sales people
Cons – I cannot think of anything negative to say about this company
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
