I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

I have grown, been stretched, and pushed outside of my personal boundaries and surpassed any goals set for myself. I love the culture, and all of the support of the teams that I have worked on. Absolutely nothing to say besides...I wish the Chicago market didn't have to go.

Cons

I really have no real negative comments about the organization, they have always taken care of their employees and do clean, ethical business.

    Pros

    Great Atmosphere. In store management is great to work with, very accomodating of various time constraints. Great Benefits.

    Cons

    Talk about open communication being important, but don't practice what they preach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    practice what you preach. Jack Rooney would be disappointed with the way this company is going!

    Great at first..then reassigned to a Coach who would drag down your moral or intellectual character

    Pros

    Generally great people, work together well, good pay and benefits

    Cons

    If your Coach doesnt like you, you will be terminated. It will be his ambition to bring you down.Something will be "discovered" that you violated. You have to "know" people to feel secure. The Company also may want to refresh their education on Americans with Disabilities Act.This site is probably as anonymous as the culture survey.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the tenured associates. Listen to both sides of the story the Coaches are not always correct, the Coach will deprive you of your human qualities, personality, or spirit.
