Pros

The company offers: Great Pay, College Tuition Paid, Great Commission Structure and Excellent Customer Service. I would highly recommend this company.

Cons

You have to meet your sales quota each month. After not meeting it for 3 months out of the year you are subject to being fired.

    A lot is required of you for the position you are in. Also, if you have worked for them and leave, you cannot come back.
