Confusing...you are told to do one thing but expected to do another, rules constantly changing.

Pros

High pay, free cell phone, flexible hours and some good coworkers.

Cons

Poor management, no support from upper management, they love to give you feedback but they dont want to listen to feedback you give them.

Listen to the employees!

    A lot is required of you for the position you are in. Also, if you have worked for them and leave, you cannot come back.
