    Opportunity to advance with the company
    Great compensation for store manager positions and above
    Great Culture

    Cons

    Right hand doesnt talk to the left hand
    Cultural shift currently taking place.......becoming very political
    Senior leadership accountability is lacking.

    Take a look at your Vice president team and really think about if you have the right people there to turn around a small company with big dreams.

    I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    New challenges everyday, co-workers, phone service, the D.O., the companies vision and mission.
    They do really care but I think sometimes that half the people don't know what they're doing and this trickles down from top management.

    Cons

    Slower to adapt new technologies, job security, overall direction of the company is unclear at this point... Alot of customers expect things that we cant deliver. Sometimes not unified across the company with different departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stay out on the floor more learn what the employees have to face with customer interactions to make a better experience for the customer. Especially the higher ups they seem out of touch.
