I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

The culture promotes a great place in most cases. There has been alot of great training over the years that include several diffrent departments.

Cons

For the most part it is evident that when people leave USC they are no longer happy with USC. There have been alot of changes over the years (not unexspected). where there used to be alot of tenured assoicates there seems to be less of them many new faces. There seems to be a growing issue with the culture and overall image of the culture and the leaders.

    I have been working at U.S. Cellular full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    New challenges everyday, co-workers, phone service, the D.O., the companies vision and mission. They do really care but I think sometimes that half the people don't know what they're doing and this trickles down from top management.

    Cons

    Slower to adapt new technologies, job security, overall direction of the company is unclear at this point... Alot of customers expect things that we cant deliver. Sometimes not unified across the company with different departments.

    Advice to Management

    Stay out on the floor more learn what the employees have to face with customer interactions to make a better experience for the customer. Especially the higher ups they seem out of touch.
