One of few places that the vision.Mission arent just talked about day one but all the time

As long as everyone holds each other accountibile there arent any! Stop gossip before it starts

    Pros

    The benefits are great for part timers, some great managers because of the culture, and also met customers who helped further my career.

    Cons

    Not many, unless you get placed with a bad manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe not to sales management, but upper heads. Get with the current trends.

    Great people to work with
    Truly fun and inspiring projects to get involved in
    good benefits and pay
    solid ethics with an unusual amount of honesty and openness

    Cons

    declining company performance
    a lot of turn-over at the corporate office
    morale is terrible
    work-loads are increasing
    layoffs are beginning to happen
