    Pros

    Great place to work part time as college kid. For what you do, they pay pretty well. Very good company with great products and services.

    Cons

    Retail hours, dealing with customers, offer academic reimbursement but no real pipeline for advancement. A lot of employee turnover and recent changes in commission is starting to push the most tenured associates out of the company.

    Advice to Management

    Understand that front-line associates directly impact the customer experience and they should not have 3 commissions changes in one quarter.

    Pros

    The culture is great. In a class of its own at focusing on customer and associate satisfaction. Leaders take accountability for their actions. Does a great job of encouraging diversity in the workplace.

    Cons

    Located in mostly rural cities that are not attractive to relocate to. Because of the company's size, it is slower to deliver cutting edge products and services.

    Advice to Management

    Continue the emphasis on customer satisfaction. The Chicago market is much more unique than other market. Using the same exact sales process in Chicago as other markets does not work.
