Current Employee – been working at U.S. Healthworks

Pros – Provides services needed by the majority of businesses. The work environment is conducive to a relaxed atmosphere. Most employees are easy to get along with.

Cons – Mediocre base with no room for negotiation during hiring process. No incentive to maintain current accounts. No bonus paid for up selling current accounts.

Advice to Senior Management – Offering incentives for up selling additional services not currently being used be employers. More realistic goals for new accounts and call activities.
