U.S. Healthworks is a highly respected entity to work for.

I have been working at U.S. Healthworks

ProsThey offer ongoing employee training which allows you to further your job related knowledge. Furthermore if you are the type of individual who likes to stay superbusy while working, this is the right job for you. If you are a giver and like to help people, you will feel fulfilled doing this job, but you have to be very patient because you are generally dealing with people who are in a lot of pain and or sick. Another positive thing is that you can work overtime, if not at your own site, at another clinic nearby. It also felt like they were my extended family.

ConsYou only get 30 minutes for lunch, and 2 15 minute breaks. In addition the medical/dental/vision benefits should cost less to purchase for it should be not free but somewhat of a reward for your contribution and good work you provide for the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementA 45 minute unpaid lunch instead of 30 and lower the cost of medical/dental/vision benefits.
