Current Employee – been working at U.S. Security Associates

Pros – Pay is in line with most companies. Steady shifts, hours, and post. Command structure is good (Sgt - Capt - Major ...) Office staff is sometimes overwhelmed but always supportive. Nice company to work for. Professional.

Cons – Pay is through debit card system instead of checks. Vacation only after 2 years. Uniforms are good but only two sets given for a five day work week initially, however, two more sets have since been issued.

Advice to Senior Management – The Orlando branch is working well from the officer's perspective. The payroll debit card may work for those who do not have a checking account but direct deposit would be a better option. The debit card direct deposit is difficult to work with and delays pay and additional day.
