    Pros

You can guarantee that at some point you will have overtime available. Management doesn't know how to hire decent employees. If you can read a sentence then you can get a job! The job is for the most part flexible with school if you take classes, however; you might find yourself in the position where your schedule changes. Upper management has good response to E.O. issues.

    Cons

Very inconsistent, NO opportunity for advancement. Specific site needs two supervisors but they are too cheap to pay for one. Watch your back! Too much gossip and vindictiveness. No retention incentive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give your employees a better reason to stick around other than they don't have the time to look for another job.

    Pros

Pay is in line with most companies. Steady shifts, hours, and post. Command structure is good (Sgt - Capt - Major ...) Office staff is sometimes overwhelmed but always supportive. Nice company to work for. Professional.

    Cons

Pay is through debit card system instead of checks. Vacation only after 2 years. Uniforms are good but only two sets given for a five day work week initially, however, two more sets have since been issued.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Orlando branch is working well from the officer's perspective. The payroll debit card may work for those who do not have a checking account but direct deposit would be a better option. The debit card direct deposit is difficult to work with and delays pay and additional day.
