Pros

Good employee relations Hires easily

Cons

Place you in locations that may not be able to work with Horrible benefits even to go as lying about health insurance companies on website No paid time off ever even if you are sick Let employees show up late or not at all May put in you in locations that maybe unsuitable for your health Lie about promises(like a pay rate or location) Horrible pay even for starting out Horrible scheduling usually thursday-friday Most of everything Wasn't Worth it People working in factories and at Wal-mart get better pay Pay rate for training is set for every contract and is lower than the base rate for location Location to Location benefits vary no set benefits

Advice to Management

Stop bidding the lowest and actually care for the employees. Get better benefits plans. Stop caring for yourself and wake up to what everyone else is facing.

    Pros

    - every day you were assigned a different location to work therefore it kept the job interesting - as long as you worked an 8 hr shift management was willing to work with you on different time frames depending on your situation

    Cons

-no opportunity for advancement -no direct deposit -no benefits -as an LP officer you were under contract and therefore job security was a major issue

    Advice to Management

When communicating with your associates, make sure you are recognizing them for there achievements. In addition, treat your associates with appreciation and don't talk down to them.

    Pros

You can guarantee that at some point you will have overtime available. Management doesn't know how to hire decent employees. If you can read a sentence then you can get a job! The job is for the most part flexible with school if you take classes, however; you might find yourself in the position where your schedule changes. Upper management has good response to E.O. issues.

    Cons

Very inconsistent, NO opportunity for advancement. Specific site needs two supervisors but they are too cheap to pay for one. Watch your back! Too much gossip and vindictiveness. No retention incentive.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees a better reason to stick around other than they don't have the time to look for another job.
