    Great facilities and locations to work. Product line is competitive with other firms and private wealth management shops and family offices.

    Cons

    Long hours to make it as an advisor at any major brokerage firm. Once training is over you are on your own to sink or swim.

    Offer new advisors the opportunity to partner or receive salaried mentorship from successful advisors in the same branch or vicinity.
